My child attended here a little less than one year. At first it was great, then, the attention quickly went to money and when and how much was going to be paid. Emails and phone calls became standard, before tuition due date. "Late fees" became ridiculous and all the while, my child cried when I picked him up, he was filthy dirty, and even though he left the house with no diaper rash, he would come home with one about every 2 weeks. There were days both providers were not available for the center, and sometimes personal business overlapped into daycare hours. I could not help but feel like this hindered the care and attention to not only my child but all of them. I found it frustrating that the caregivers seemed to forget what it is like to be a full time employee and meet the demands of work, family and daycare. I felt like the daycare was more demanding of me than my job and it got old. I am happy to have found new care that serves me and my child and my child seems more happy too. |

I absolutely love this place! As a first time parent, I have no worries when I have to leave my son behind to go to work because I know that they will treat him as if he was one of their own. |

I love this place!! Like any other parent, I would prefer to stay home with my baby, but I can't, so Kiddie Shack I feel is the next best thing. They are caring and loving moms that provide excellent care and attention for my son. He is developing so quickly and I am grateful the ladies are so willing to help me stay on top of that! Somedays I wish I could stay there too and participate in the daily activites, they make it so fun for all the kids! |

Me son loves it here! This is the most loving atmosphere I saw when touring daycares! They are great! |

This facility is one of the best I have seen. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I saw their references and spoke with some of the parents, after speaking with them I decided that this is the best place for my son. |
